Sunflower microgreens
Cut this morning. They wilt in a shipping box. They will not wilt on a güds route.
Something new is about to open
Local goods, delivered today
Imagine the farmers market at your door, the same day, carried by a trusted neighbor. Produce, micro-greens, botanicals, crafts, and secondhand goods. One checkout. Buy, Sell, Deliver. A revolution in the sustainable living movement, starting right here in Denver!
Micro-greens cut this morning. Aeroponic lettuce from a Denver sunroom. Exotic mushrooms, heirloom tomatoes, hot peppers, honey, bread still warm, a mug thrown and fired in a studio down the street or an old laptop that has been collecting dust. The big box carriers cannot ship it, and typically won't carry it. A virtual farmers market and local resale shop at your door the same day.
Cut this morning. They wilt in a shipping box. They will not wilt on a güds route.
Sweet for two days. Then they are gone. Today is the day.
Grown in a Denver sunroom. Not a distribution center.
Exotic, homegrown, picked for tonight’s pan.
A farmers-market mushroom. Not a pantry SKU.
Grown nearby. Best while the caps are still fresh.
Picked ripe. A long truck ride bruises them. A neighbor does not.
A whole tray of varieties, from one garden.
From a hive here. A jar, not a national brand.
Baked this morning. Best the day it leaves the oven.
Still warm. Saturday-market bread, on a weekday.
Thrown in a Denver studio. One of a kind.
Poured nearby. A craft, not a catalog item.
What you see below is the güds shop: pilot neighbors, real listings, from aeroponic lettuce to pink oyster mushrooms. Extensive categories, realtime search, and checkout live in the product. The doors open at launch.
Freshly harvested goods, delivered the same day, are the focus: local produce, micro-greens, botanicals, and other perishables that need to be delivered ASAP. Second-hand goods and non-perishables are welcome the same and will benefit everyone with optional delivery, no more sketchy parking lot meetups required!
Everything this city grows, makes, or is ready to pass on, is our cause. The catalog is open on purpose. A neighbor, neighborhood and a city rewarded for their creative passions.
A seller gets a shop, not only a listing. They say who they are, share their website, and collect reviews after an order. Everyone gets to see the person before the price. We want to help you build your brand and assist your thriving business, not hinder it.
Bring a name the city already knows, or start one nobody has heard yet. Güds is in the business of building business. A shop, a story, and same-day delivery put that name in a neighbor’s hands today. An existing brand gets a new door. A new one gets its first.
Sellers set a city of Denver and a pickup/delivery window. No contact delivery is our focus but a meetup is still available, both options, same listing.
See what is near you, and what can arrive today. Delivery prices are clearly displayed, you can also bundle and save. Buy multiple products from the same seller/location and the delivery cost stays the same. One pickup, one delivery, same location, same delivery price.
Post the farmers-market dates and the hours the booth is open, or include your storefront. A map shows where to find it. One shop, twice the exposure.
A listing, a payment, and a local driver meet in a single checkout. The buyer, the seller, and the driver are tied to the same order. No side text. No hassles. No “I’ll send it later.”
Pay with güds's built in payment gateway. The charge belongs to that order: the seller and driver are paid on delivery, and the delivery fee and tip goes 100% to the driver. Buyer/Seller/Driver protection is built in.
Set the price, or leave it open to offers. Set a pickup window for güds delivery pickup, or meet in person. Set up and link your account through our stripe implementation and get paid when the order is completed. You can still take payment in person, but now you have options. With güds you no longer need to chase a delivery or payment.
Pay on güds and you are linked to the seller and the driver at once. Meet in public, or choose no-contact and the driver leaves it. If the price is open, make an offer. Tip $0, $2, $3, or $5. All of it goes to the driver.
One checkout holds the listing, the money, and the driver. Funds are collected and dispersed on delivery. There is no second app for the hand-off.
Güds is a local job as much as it is a shop. When driving opens, the routes belong to people who live in Denver. Short, paid, and invented for this city, not borrowed from a warehouse shift.
A short route, a thing sold from home, or both. The work is built for Denver, and it stays here.
Short routes, and a shift you choose. A few hours, or a regular run. The work fits a life already in motion, not the other way around.
A shop plus a job, with no fixed end to what can be listed or carried with same day delivery. That combination has not been done. The first routes are the start of it.
Drivers are vetted before a route. Buyers choose how close the hand-off gets. Pay on güds keeps protection on the order until it is finished.
At launch, every driver is vetted before a route: a real person, with no criminal history. Driving opens with the launch. The check is part of what opening means.
Deliveries are inherently no-contact, pickup is done within an hour window, the product can be placed on the doorstep and the driver picks it up, and delivers it to the doorstep the same way. Built in messaging and chat options are available, realtime if needed.
Pay on güds and buyer/seller protection stays on even after delivery.
A same-day shop cannot hesitate. Güds is built in Rust. The same language from the tap to the order. Expertly designed, highly performant, professional application, made to feel simple.
Memory-safe and built for speed. The shop should open like a native app, not a page that thinks about it.
The API behind the order: listing, payment, and driver on one request path. Quiet, strict, and ready for a city.
One interface for the phone, web and desktop. Search, checkout, and the hand-off live in the same product.
These are not part of the opening. They are ideas under test, and we want to know which ones are worth keeping.
Seller subscription. The seller sets a GPS pin on the farmers-market booth. On market day a driver picks up there at your location, the pickup stays at your booth.
Seller and buyer subscriptions. Delivery on that seller’s orders is a flat $4.99. The driver still receives the full delivery amount. Subscription fees and advertising make up the difference.
We pick up secondhand goods and list them for the owner, no technical knowledge required, we will handle the listing. The owner is paid when a sale is made, it only requires an account linkage for payout.
We agree on a price, typically for a good number of items, pick the goods up, and pay the agreed price. Güds lists the items and keeps the payout when they sell.
A trial of the whole shop in the browser, with WebAssembly. A link opens it on a phone. No app store, Mac, Android or Windows application needed.
A new kind of shop, opening in Denver. Fresh from a neighbor, the same day. One payment. A vetted driver. Leave your email. We’ll write from inquiries@guds.app.
